Our Management Transformation team is looking for a Senior Consultant in Operational Excellence. We value cross experience background in industry and services, especially in Banking, Insurance, Supply chain, Logistics, Procurement and Manufacturing.
Your profile:
- Up to 6 years’ experience in consulting role or lean or project management positions,
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics,
- Demonstrate good listening and persuasion skills,
- Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and proficient in ideally in either, French or German,
- Have been exposed to Operational Excellence projects, solution design or process optimizations,
- Expertise in process modeling (BPMN and SIPOC),
- Open minded person with enthusiastic and entrepreneurial,
- Business acumen and result oriented,
- Helicopter view and ability to synthesize,
- Agile, Project Management or Lean management certifications are a plus.
- International mobility is a plus.
